With the help of their friends, Landfill, Fink, and Barry, they compete in the toughest drinking games that only a twisted German could dream up. Together, through alcohol poisoning, betrayal, and even death, Team USA stands proud and holds its hops to take the title at “Beerfest”!

 You can tell Oktoberfest season is around the corner when advertisers start using the German themed ads complete with Polka and Lederhosen.

Bier Boot Haus will be in attendance at German Fest  coming up next week in Milwaukee Wisconsin on Milwaukee’s Lakefront. The event will mark the official release of the Bier Boot Haus exclusive plastic beer boot with lanyard. How could German Fest be complete without plastic beer boots that attendees can wear around their necks? Glass beer boots will also be available for purchase, however they cannot be used at the festival - 14″ tall beer glasses and 100,000 people is not a good combination, especially when lots of Miller Lite (Official Beer Sponsor)  is involved. We will also have fun German and Bavarian party items including hats and lederhosen aprons for the kids. If you are planning to attend, come stop by and say hi. If you are in the area, we suggest attending this festival as it is perfect preparation for Oktoberfest.

City Pages Beer Festival, now in its 16th year, is one of the largest beer festivals in the upper Midwest! The festival features over 100 different beers, food including pizza and wings! Try the latest seasonal summer brews from some of your favorites along with the latest lemonades and other “malternatives” - the experts will be on hand to share the facts and dispel the fiction about all of their products.

A portion of proceeds from the tasting will benefit the St. Paul Jaycees. Again this year, the festival takes place on Hennepin Avenue between W. Lake Street & 31st Street in Minneapolis (next to Calhoun Square in Uptown).
